Will I have to share the bounceroom or party rooms with anyone else?

No, when you book a party at Bouncetown the play area and food rooms are yours only.  Sit back, relax, close the door and enjoy socializing with your party guests.

Is a deposit required?

A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is required to guarantee your date and time.  This deposit will be applied and deducted from your party balance.

What forms of payment are accepted?

For your convenience we accept visa, discover, mastercard, checks and cash payments.  American Express is the only form of payment we do not accept.

How many guests may I invite?

You are allotted a base number of guests depending on which party package you select.  You may exceed this number however, extra charges will apply.  Due to safety reasons, 35 children are the maximum allowed to attend.

Do I need to stay at the party?

The party host is required to stay at the party.  Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun! Note that children of parents who choose to leave are considered to be in the care and custody of the host parent.

Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?

For insurance purpose, all guests 17 years or younger must a have a completed signed waiver by a parent or guardian.  Waivers are included with the invitations.  They are also available at the front desk on on our website.

Are socks required?

For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play on the equipment.  For your convenience we sell all sizes at the front desk for just $2.00 a pair.

What type of safety instruction is provided?

Your party guest will gather in the lobby.  They will be brought to the play area together after listening to the party attendees review a list of rules that are important for playing safely in the bounceroom.  In addition, our staff is always available to answer any additional questions which you may have about the proper use of any of our play equipment.

Can a guest play while wearing a cast?

In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the play apparatus.  While we welcome them to attend the party, they will be prohibited from playing on the inflatables.

Will Bouncetown provide supervision in the bounceroom?

Our trained staff members will be in the bounceroom to help assist that all party attendees play safely.  For your safety and the safety of your guests, we ask that all party attendees follow the instructions of the Bouncetown employees.  Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the piece of equipment or even shutting down that inflatable until they are able to comply.

Do you provide party room set up and clean up?

We are a full service party facility.  We will set up the party room just the way you want it and clean up afterwards.

Is it appropriate for me to tip my party attendants?

We pride ourselves on excellent service and attention to detail.  While it is not mandatory to tip, your party attendants will do his or her best to make your experience at Bouncetown one of the easiest birthday parties you have ever thrown.  If you feel like you have received great service, please feel free to tip your party attendants.

Can I bring food to my party?

Bouncetown now has several party options to allow our customers to bring in their own food and beverage choices.  Please contact Bouncetown staff for full details.   Please note that we do not have a freezer only a refrigerator to store these items.  You are welcome to bring your ice cream in a cooler.

Can I bring in balloons or decorations?

You are welcome to bring in your own balloons or decorations.  Please keep in mind that we only have a few minutes to decorate the room.  Decorations can be hung on the plain walls.  No decorations can be hung on the walls with murals on them.         Confetti is not allowed.

Do I need to bring in my own plates, cups and cutlery?

No, we provide festive primary colored paper products and all the cutlery for the children.  These go with the décor of the party room. We also provide basic paper products for your adult guests.  You also have the choice to bring in your own themed paper products or supplement using our products.  We do not supply tablecloths for parties, although you are welcome to bring them if you would like to use them.
